| On September 8th and 9th
2007, the South Nevada County Chamber of Commerce is hosting
the inaugural South Nevada County Fine Art, Wine and Food
Festival. Located at the Streeter Business Center just off
Highway 49 and Streeter Road, the event is designed to
showcase the businesses and beauty of Nevada County. This
event will feature fine artists from across the country, our
Nevada County wineries, and our local restaurants and
caterers.
We anticipate this to be a
major Nevada County event with attendance figures ranging
from 3,000-8,000 people. These visitors will be coming from
all over Northern California and points beyond. We have
planned a huge marketing campaign to promote the event which
includes television, newspapers, radio, and magazines.
The event will benefit
Nevada County and the South County Chamber. We are inviting
several other organizations to participate. So far we have
received commitments from the South Nevada County Rotary,
the Higgins's Diggins Lions, the Northern Mines Pony Club
and many more.
Due to the enormous
undertaking to facilitate an event of this magnitude, we are
reaching out to our business community to help us sponsor
and underwrite the project. All initial sponsors will be
listed on all print marketing and advertising information
and mentioned throughout the coming months on our TV/radio
campaign. We have developed three tiers of sponsorship:
Platinum Sponsorship -

will receive ten admission tickets to the event,
four event logo tee-shirts, six
tickets to the Patron’s Brunch and advertising
on posters, tee-shirts, banners, newspaper,
radio, TV,
web site and an event program listing. Use of

Gold Sponsorship - $500
|
Gold sponsors will
receive four admission tickets to the event, two
event logo tee-shirts, two
tickets to the Patron’s Brunch and advertising

Silver Sponsorship -
$250
|
Silver sponsors
will receive two admission tickets to the event,
two event logo tee-shirts, two
tickets to the Patron’s Brunch and advertising
on web site, Tee shirts and a event program
listing.* |
Advertising includes the
Grass Valley Union, local radio and TV stations, various
newspapers and magazines throughout Northern California,
event program, and the chamber web site.
We are seeking underwriters
for specific portions of the event. These items include
souvenir wine glasses, tee shirts, Patron's brunch on
Saturday, and shuttle buses. Costs for these items will
depend on the individual item. Please ask for more
information if you are interested.

This is a great opportunity
to become part of a wonderful and history making event. To
obtain the most value from your sponsorship, early
participation is recommended. Once final brochures, ads and
flyers have been printed, only verbal advertising will be
offered.
